When you submit a form, we store your submission as a lead record tagged with your topic, where you came from, and any referral code. Dr. Marla can see these lead records and summary reports in a private Admin Area that is not visible to the public.

If you choose to share health or wellness information through a form or message, we may use it to respond to your request. Please do not submit urgent medical information, sensitive medical records, medication instructions, lab records, emergency requests, or information that requires immediate care through this website.

CoachSmart Health is not an emergency service. If you need urgent help, call 911 or contact a qualified healthcare professional.

This website does not create a provider relationship or medical record system. If CoachSmart Health later adds clinical services, patient portals, telehealth, insurance billing, or protected health workflows, this Privacy Policy should be reviewed before those services go live.

The home page includes an embedded social video feed from TikTok.
